Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 8, 2026
B Found (B Found Search Inc.) is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. We build with accessibility in mind and keep improving.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and to comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
What we do
We design and test our site against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. In practice that means:
- text and background colours that meet contrast requirements;
- a keyboard-navigable interface with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link;
- labels, alternative text, and status messages that work with screen readers;
- a layout that works down to small mobile screens without horizontal scrolling; and
- not relying on colour alone to convey meaning.
Accessible formats on request
As required by the AODA, we will provide the information on this site (and communicate with you) in an accessible format or with support on request, at no additional cost. Tell us what you need and we will work with you to provide it in a reasonable time.
Known limitations
Some content, including interactive charts and maps that visualize search data, can be difficult to convey fully through assistive technology. Where that is the case we provide the same information in an alternative form, such as an accompanying data table. If you hit a barrier anywhere on the site, please tell us: your feedback helps us prioritize fixes.
Give us feedback
If you have trouble using any part of our site, or want information in an accessible format, contact us and we will respond promptly:
